This year's Holiday Mini Photo Experience was created with your family in mind. First, for the families that would love quality photos of their kiddos with Santa, that hate the idea of standing in long lines at germ-infested, crowded malls - just to get rushed through for 5 seconds on a grumpy Santa's lap, Yes - we're speaking to you! This magical experience features a safe, relaxed, and private opportunity for your child to meet the real Santa one-on-one. Holiday card opportunity, anyone!?

In addition, we also offer the opportunity with dedicated time slots to take family holiday photos without Santa if that is more your vibe! Check out the set below!

The Set Details:

Our holiday photo set is the perfect blend of modern and classic. Front and center is a tan couch with brass candle sticks to the left and white lanterns to the right. Five Christmas Trees of various sizes sit directly behind the couch, lit with soft white lights. 

  • How Can I Book?

  • What's Included?

  • Can I See Examples Of The Mini Session?
    Yes, of course! The images below are actual shots of the set from a mock photoshoot we did to showcase this incredible holiday photo opportunity. Click on an image to enlarge it.
  • What Should We Expect During My Session?
    Your private session will include a 15-minute time slot; this will ensure enough time for 10 minutes of shooting. You will have two sets to choose from for your backdrops, our Santa Set, as well as our our Family Set. When you enter the studio, the children can experience their one-on-one meeting with Santa, followed by photos with him. Afterwards, we will switch to the family set for your holiday portrait. Immediately after the mini-shoot, you can select your three favorite images to have edited and delivered to you within five business days.
  • Is A 15 Minute Session Enough Time?
    Yes. We have found over the years, working with families and children, that short and sweet shoots work perfectly for indoor sessions. If you'd like more time, you will need to book an additional session back to back to allow enough time for everyone. For example, you'd book a 9AM and 9:15AM time slot.
  • What If I Have A Family of More Than 5?
    We are happy to work with you to get the best photos, and that takes time! For families of 6 or more, you will need to book two back to back sessions to ensure we have enough time for everyone. For example, for photos with Santa, you'd book a 10AM and 10:15AM time slot.
  • What Are The House Rules?
    Please wait in the hallway or nearby the space while other families are having their session. No food or drinks other than water are permitted inside of the studio space. No jumping or running inside of the space. To ensure your child's safety, please watch your children while on-site.
  • What Should We Wear? 
    First and foremost, this is your family picture, and we want you to be comfortable. It's always best to go by the three-color rule, e.g., brown, beige, white, and only one person in a pattern. Keep neutral colors for a photo to share all-year round, or Christmas reds and greens for a unique holiday pop! Christmas PJs are also welcome. Below are some visual guidelines to make things easier.
  • What Is Recommended To Prepare For The Shoot?
    We strongly encourage everyone in the family to arrive ready for the shoot. To go further in detail, we recommend the following to best prepare for your session: Buttons buttoned Keys out of pockets Kids faces wiped clean Hair and makeup ready Phones away and on silent, please Arrive 15 minutes before your booking time slot Please note: There will be no special photoshop editing, for example, but not limited to: Dirty shoes Apple Watches Removing scars Altering clothing Phones in pockets
  • What If My Child Cries?
    Depending on your child's age, this can be a genuine concern for parents. We promise you that we will do everything possible to get beautiful images with Santa. If that's impossible, we can also take individual portraits of your child alone (without Santa). Kids are often unpredictable, so our best advice is to embrace whatever happens. Sometimes, the crying photos turn out to be our favorites years later! However, please remember that we cannot reschedule or refund your session if you aren't happy with your child's reaction to Santa.
  • What If I'm Running Late?
    We ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes before your allocated shoot time, as we can only provide each booking their 15-minute allocation time due to being considerate to the bookings after you. If you arrive late for your session for any reason, it will ultimately cut into your experience/shoot time.
  • What Is The Cancellation/Refund Policy?
    Given the unique nature of this event and the meticulous planning that goes into ensuring a magical experience for all, we kindly ask you to carefully read and understand our cancellation and refund policy below. 1. **No Refunds:** Due to the special and limited nature of the holiday photo shoot with Santa, all bookings are non-refundable. We invest significant resources in preparation, scheduling, and coordination to ensure that Santa and our team are available exclusively for your scheduled time slot. 2. **No Rescheduling:** We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, but due to the tight schedule and the exclusive nature of this event, we are unable to accommodate any requests to reschedule. Once a time slot is booked, it is specifically reserved for you, and we cannot offer it to others. 3. **Punctuality:** To ensure a seamless experience for all participants, we ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled time slot. Arriving late may result in reduced or forfeited session time, without the possibility of a refund or reschedule. 4. **Exceptional Circumstances:** While we adhere to our policy strictly, we also understand that exceptional circumstances (such as natural disasters) are beyond one's control. In such rare cases, please reach out to us, and we will review situations on a case-by-case basis, though we cannot guarantee any form of compensation or rescheduling. 5. **Event Cancellation by Us:** In the unlikely event that the holiday photo shoot is canceled by us due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be given the option of a full refund or a credit towards a future photo shoot. We deeply appreciate your understanding and cooperation. This policy ensures that we can provide a memorable experience for you and all our valued clients.   • Is there parking?
    Parking is free at the parking lot directly in front of our storefront as well as street parking. It's important to note that on weekends from 11 AM to around 4 PM it can be harder to find parking depending on how busy the area is. This is why we recommend for everyone to arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled timeslot.
