On-Site Headshot Stations
We provide a full commercial-grade mobile headshot studio built with industry-leading Profoto lighting, the same professional equipment used for editorial work, corporate branding campaigns, and executive portraiture. This approach provides attendees with professional portraits captured in a controlled, studio-style environment. Each setup is designed to produce soft, flattering light while minimizing harsh shadows, including under-eye and chin shadows, so every subject looks polished and professional.
We pay close attention to lighting placement, background consistency, and posing to ensure clean, natural results across all headshots. Stations are built to operate efficiently at scale, allowing a high volume of participants to be photographed without sacrificing quality.
